Returns & Exchanges

At JJ Malibu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like underwear and swimwear must have the original liners intact to be eligible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are free from any signs of wear.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
